WE WANT TRUTH AND BEAUTY, NOT GIMMICKS

It's wonderful to learn that there are churches like Our Lady of Peace of Santa Clara still around [see "To Get Out of Sin", July/August]. I understand most of the masses are standing room only and people are flocking to it from all over the Bay Area. When will our bishops and pastors ever learn that the faithful want more than hugging, kisses of peace, banners, "Renew," and lost tabernacles and kneelers?
